Two roles, one mission

Go-to-Market & Growth

GTM Intern

We are looking for a fearless GTM Intern to drive our products from zero to one. You will own customer discovery, user acquisition, and go-to-market strategy for one of our AI-native product lines. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you directly shape how cutting-edge AI products reach real users.

What you will do

  • —Design and execute go-to-market strategies for AI-native products
  • —Conduct customer discovery interviews and synthesize market insights
  • —Build and manage distribution channels (content, community, partnerships)
  • —Run growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention
  • —Track key metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights

What we are looking for

  • —Relentless curiosity about AI products and how they reach users
  • —Strong communication skills — written and verbal
  • —Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
  • —Self-starter who can operate independently with minimal guidance
  • —No specific degree required — we care about what you can do, not where you studied

Compensation

This is an unpaid internship. Instead, you earn 50% of the net profit generated from the business outcomes you directly drive — your success is our success. Exceptional performers will be prioritized for full-time founding-team roles with equity.

AI Agent Development & Product Ownership

Agent Intern

We are looking for an Agent Intern who wants to build AI agents that real people use. You will take end-to-end ownership of a product line — from ideation and prompt engineering to deployment and user feedback loops. This is not a ticket-taking role; you act as the mini-CEO of your product line.

What you will do

  • —Design, build, and iterate on AI agent workflows for a specific product line
  • —Engineer prompts, tool chains, and agent architectures that deliver reliable results
  • —Talk to users, gather feedback, and translate insights into product improvements
  • —Own the full lifecycle: prototype → launch → iterate → scale
  • —Collaborate directly with the founding team on product direction

What we are looking for

  • —Strong intuition for how LLMs and AI agents work in practice
  • —Experience building with AI tools, APIs, or agent frameworks (any stack)
  • —Product mindset — you care about user experience, not just technical elegance
  • —Comfortable shipping imperfect versions and improving based on feedback
  • —No specific degree required — we evaluate based on portfolio and demonstrated ability

Compensation

This is an unpaid internship. Instead, you receive 50% of the net profit generated by the product line you own and operate. The better your product performs, the more you earn — direct alignment between your work and your reward. Top performers will be offered full-time positions with meaningful equity.
